These Terms & Conditions apply to the RealShare Cash Back Promotion offered by RealShare Inc. (‘RealShare”).

What is the RealShare Cash Back Promotion?

The RealShare Cash Back Promotion (the “Cash Back Promotion”) allows an Investor to earn 1% cash back (the “Cash Back Bonus”) on investments made up to a maximum investment of $100,000 per investment on the RealShare Platform (the "Platform") from 12:01 AM EST on November 25, 2024 through to 11:59 PM EST on March 3, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”) where the corresponding investment is settled by 11:59 PM EST on April 12, 2025.

For example, an Investor could earn up to $100 for committing $10,000 to investments on the Platform (or $1 for every $100 invested up to a maximum of $1,000 on an investment of $100,000) during the Promotional Period.

Who is eligible for the Promotion?

The Cash Back Promotion is available to all existing and new Investors that contribute to active investments through the RealShare platform (https://www.realshare.ca/home/#investments). The RealShare account must be approved and in good standing. The Promotion is not available for clients on the President’s List or clients who were referred to RealShare.

How is the Cash Back Bonus paid to eligible accounts?

The Firm will calculate an Investor’s Cash Back Bonus by multiplying an Investor's investments made through the Platform during the Promotional Period with respect to investments that are deposited by March 3, 2025  by 1%. This amount will be the Investor’s Cash Back Bonus, which will be calculated and deposited into their Investor account within five (5) business days after the investment amount has been settled and invested in an Issuer on the Platform.

What can an Investor do with the Cash Back Bonus?

An Investor's Cash Back Bonus will be deposited into their RealShare account and added to their available cash balance within five (5) business days after settlement of the investment. Investors can invest the Cash Back Bonus to a new investment or they can withdraw it.

When can Cash Back Bonus not be paid?

RealShare may not credit an Investor's account if the Investor’s account has been closed or inactivated before March 3, 2025.

The Cash Back Bonus will not apply to investments that are canceled or withdrawn for any reason. The Cash Back Bonus will only apply to new investments that are made during the Promotional Period.
